Description

You will develop technical documentation for Enterprise products, serving both internal teams and external users. You own the full lifecycle of content creation, from gathering data to final publication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user manuals, quick start guides, installation guides, and training materials.
• Write technical content covering installation procedures, operating instructions, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather accurate data for content creation.
• Translate complex technical information into clear text and illustrations.
• Manage and coordinate multiple documentation and training projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in technical writing.
• Proficiency with FrameMaker.
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with RoboHelp.
• Experience with Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Experience with DITA.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, marketing, and SMEs.
• Degree in any field.
