You will document complex processes and lead documentation improvement initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document internal processes and operational workflows.
• Execute documentation improvement initiatives to increase clarity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure technical accuracy.
• Apply accessibility standards to all written documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing and process documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite of applications.
• Experience using Visio or Draw.io for process mapping.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with ITSM or comparable service management tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
