Description

You will lead the development and modification of organizational policies and procedures for a 12-month project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to develop new organizational policies and procedures.
• Modify and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Manage the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for the duration of the project.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing.
• Proven expertise in technical communication.
• Strong background in developing formal policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Ability to work on-site in Iowa.
• Must be available for in-person interviews.
