Description

You will create and maintain technical documentation for semiconductor equipment, ensuring accuracy and clarity across product and service materials.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product technical documentation and update legacy content.
• Source information from databases, existing documents, tool builds, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Author and publish concise documents following established style guides and publication processes.
• Collaborate with the Applied Materials Manager to define project scope, deliverables, and schedules.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously within a cross-functional organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Proficiency in DITA XML and Oxygen XML Editor.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe FrameMaker and Acrobat Pro DC.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as SDL Tridion Docs, SharePoint, or Teams.
• Competency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to use graphical tools including Inkscape, Notepad++, and MS Paint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in high-tech semiconductor environments.
