Document IT cloud infrastructure, distributed applications, and digital analytics environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation for changing IT infrastructure architectures.
• Research and analyze complex technical information to produce accurate records.
• Produce visual illustrations including block, architecture, and process/swim lane diagrams.
• Translate technical infrastructure details for architects, engineers, developers, and managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using MS Visio for architecture and process diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Ability to document IT infrastructure for diverse technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• High-level understanding of HTML, JSON, and Python.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) or ITIL processes.
