Description

Build and maintain an internal knowledge base to support Go-To-Market Enablement and increase field productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to design, write, and maintain knowledge articles.
• Translate complex technical and process content into easy-to-use formats for multiple end-user needs.
• Develop content project plans, including milestones and review cycles for knowledge generation.
• Manage feedback loops with stakeholders to drive ongoing enhancements to platforms and processes.
• Test and pilot new knowledge generation processes and governance models.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS technology writing or training.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Technical Writing expertise with the ability to translate complex business and product concepts into clear terms.
• Experience managing content through review cycles and feedback loops.
• Strong communication skills.
• BA/BS Degree in Communication, Technical Writing, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Previous content management experience.
• Experience developing video content.
