Description

You will produce and edit technical documentation, manuals, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Edit and rewrite documents to correct grammar, syntax, usage, spelling, and punctuation errors.
• Proofread documentation and graphics to ensure accuracy and alignment with original content.
• Assemble master copies including graphics, appendices, tables of contents, and title pages.
• Consult with technical staff to determine the format, organization, and content of reports and proposals.
• Collect and organize information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, and system specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical writing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Visio for graphics and visuals.
• Ability to produce and manipulate graphics for instructional material.
• Must possess a security clearance in accordance with PWS Section 2.8.23.3.
• Must hold a DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II.
