Produce communication content for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated support inbox by reading, categorizing, and responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Draft and send prompt, accurate, and courteous email responses to address user queries.
• Execute quality control on all communications to ensure content is concise and aligned with project details.
• Communicate necessary follow-up actions or escalations clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical writing experience.
• Proven ability to write concise, technical content.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written communications.
• Experience managing and responding to support email queues.
• Degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
