Description

You will produce technical documentation by collaborating with subject matter experts and observing production processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Consult with subject matter experts to establish technical specifications and determine subject material for publication.
• Study drawings, specifications, mockups, and product samples to integrate technology, operating procedures, and production sequences.
• Organize and write assignments following standards for clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Select and integrate photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate written materials.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft SharePoint environments for documentation storage and manage work revision records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and document content standardization.
• Proven experience writing reports, SOPs, SLAs, and Knowledge Articles.
• Experience developing and supporting Microsoft SharePoint and MS Teams environments.
• Ability to develop workflows and system diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and literary research methods.
• Ability to interpret technical reports, specifications, and complex technical materials.
• Experience with API, integrations, and system architecture.
• Proficiency in data analysis, business analysis, and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with governance development and documentation.
• Experience with Open Data programs and software.
