You will produce and maintain high-quality documentation for modern digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise English product documentation.
• Develop dynamic content including self-help video clips, tutorials, and guided flow steps.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to align documentation with product features.
• Update documentation continuously based on product updates and customer feedback.
• Manage multiple documentation projects independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for modern digital products.
• Expertise in creating tutorials, self-help videos, and guided user flows.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar digital platform tools.
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience delivering customer experience-centric documentation.
• Ability to work independently on multiple simultaneous projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software development environments using Agile, JIRA, Confluence, or Azure devboard.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with video editing and tutorial creation platforms.
