You will produce clear, structured documentation and responses for regulatory and audit inquiries within the financial domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality, accurate responses to regulatory and audit inquiries for technical staff, business stakeholders, and regulators.
• Update the Central Response Library (CRL) and maintain system documentation under strict deadlines.
• Translate complex financial scenarios into simple, cohesive narratives using storytelling techniques.
• Create visual aids including graphs, PowerPoint presentations, and infographics to support documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and bridge communication gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Deep understanding of financial domain, RASL terminology, and banking regulatory review risks.
• Expertise in interpreting and explaining regulatory policies and audit standards.
• Proficiency with document version control and maintaining consistency across materials.
• Strong ability to create visual content via PowerPoint and infographics.
• Analytical skills to identify knowledge gaps and ask necessary clarifying questions.
• High attention to detail regarding grammar, formatting, and accuracy.
• Ability to work with any graduate level education background.

• Experience managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing tasks to meet tight delivery schedules.
