Responsibilities

• Document processes and systems within the banking sector.
• Produce technical documentation focused on Collections and Recovery workflows.
• Translate complex banking processes into clear, structured written content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy in recovery documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Deep domain knowledge of Banking, specifically Collections and Recovery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Mount Laurel, NJ.
