You will create and manage technical documentation for complex business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define documentation structures for complex business solutions using logical and analytical reasoning.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, detailed written content.
• Manage multiple milestones and projects simultaneously through efficient prioritization.
• Apply process-oriented thinking to maintain documentation standards and project workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or an equivalent role.
• Deep knowledge of Structured documentation, DITA, and DDLC.
• Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen, and MadCap Flare.
• Familiarity with Confluence for documentation management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and master complex technical subjects.
• Any Graduate degree.
