Description

You will produce and maintain technical documentation for telecom hardware and software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit troubleshooting, installation, and user manuals for telecom products.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
• Update existing documentation to maintain accuracy and alignment with current product versions.
• Edit and proofread content for grammatical correctness and technical accuracy.
• Adhere to style guides and participate in peer reviews.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of technical writing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• Experience writing product documentation specifically for technical users.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
• Thorough understanding of technical publication standards such as MSTP or Chicago Manual of Style.
• Strong written, oral, and organizational communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
