Description

You will produce and maintain technical documentation for Learning Management Systems within a higher education environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed documentation covering LMS features, updates, and integrations.
• Translate technical specifications and LMS functionalities into clear language for academic audiences.
• Develop user manuals tailored to educators, administrators, and students.
• Produce step-by-step configuration and management guides for the LMS.
• Gather user feedback to refine and improve existing documentation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in higher education documentation.
• Experience documenting Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proven ability to write for educators, administrators, and students.
• Expertise in copyediting for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Experience developing step-by-step technical guides.
• Ability to maintain high standards of documentation quality.
• Experience managing documentation updates for software integrations.
