Description

Produce high-quality documentation for software products and healthcare systems, including user guides, technical manuals, release notes, API docs, and configuration guides.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user guides, technical manuals, release notes, and API documentation.
• Tailor content for diverse audiences, including healthcare providers, researchers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and subject matter experts to capture product functionality.
• Maintain consistent style and tone across all documentation in alignment with branding guidelines.
• Manage and organize documentation content using standard tools and systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing within healthcare or software industries.
• Proficiency with MadCap Flare, Confluence, Git, and Markdown.
• Working knowledge of JSON.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple language.
• Background in Life Sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ePRO data capture systems or similar healthcare technologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and industry standards like HIPAA and GDPR.
