Produce technical documentation for the Rail CBTC signaling system in Pittsburgh, PA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop user guides, maintenance manuals, and training manuals for the CBTC signaling system.
• Research technical data, including drawings, design reports, equipment, and test specifications.
• Analyze customer input and request additional requirements to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate the layout and organization of manuals according to outlines and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical personnel to clarify document content.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing.
• Direct experience with rail signaling systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to create and incorporate illustrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience writing operation and maintenance manuals.

• Any Graduate degree.
