You will produce high-quality technical content for enterprise software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Write technical content at a native English speaker level.
• Prepare topic-based documentation for SaaS-based solutions.
• Document APIs and SDKs.
• Learn and document complex technologies and tools.
• Manage multiple documentation tasks within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a technical writer in enterprise software development.
• Experience with API documentation.
• Experience with SDK documentation.
• Experience documenting SaaS-based solutions.
• Proficiency in topic-based documentation methodologies.
• Ability to work within US time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using MadCap Flare.
• Experience with Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience creating videos for technical documentation.
