Description

You will produce and maintain technical documentation for software products, ensuring clarity and accuracy across all user-facing materials.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and update user manuals, API documentation, and release notes.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Maintain documentation standards, formatting, and version control.
• Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity and consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for software or IT products.
• Strong command of English and excellent documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Wiki, MS Office, and Markdown.
• Proficiency with HTML, XML, and Git.
• Ability to understand technical concepts, workflows, APIs, and system behavior.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of diagramming tools (Visio, Figma, Lucidchart).
• Salesforce Admin certification.
