Description

You will drive project documentation, knowledge sharing, and organization across studios using collaborative documentation spaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit project documentation to ensure clarity, conciseness, and understandability.
• Organize documentation in an intuitive manner to improve accessibility.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing processes for long-term organization.
• Align teams and advocate for knowledge sharing practices across different studios.
• Research and implement sharing initiatives to resolve current documentation pain points.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a technical or tech-adjacent field.
• Proven ability to understand and write technical documentation.
• Experience using Confluence, Atlassian products, and ADO.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Gaming, Writing, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to provide a writing sample upon request.
• 5+ years of overall working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency with Confluence.
• Prior experience as a technical writer.
• Experience managing and organizing large volumes of documentation.
