Responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical documentation for software products.
• Translate complex technical concepts into understandable text and visual aids.
• Ensure all documentation meets high-quality management standards and attention to detail.
• Collaborate within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to align documentation with product releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for software.
• Proven ability to document complex software systems.
• Strong written English skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of software development processes.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in professional technical writing roles.
