Description

You will produce high-quality documentation for developer-facing platforms, owning the content strategy from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities within the content strategy and execute new initiatives.
• Measure the success of documentation projects using analytics.
• Manage technical writing projects from conception to completion.
• Build relationships across teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Author content within Docs-as-Code environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in technical writing, product management, engineering, developer relations, solutions architecture, or field/support engineering.
• Strong technical writing skills with a portfolio of samples.
• Understanding of APIs and web applications.
• Experience with Git and Docs-as-Code authoring workflows.
• Working knowledge of current DevOps tools and practices.
• Technical project management experience.
• Proficiency in GraphQL, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions or Auth0 products.
• Familiarity with markdown, HTML, and developer experience (DX) optimization.
• Background in UX writing, information architecture, or localization of technical content.
