Description

You will author and develop technical documentation for semiconductor equipment manufacturing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author new product technical documentation using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Work cross-functionally with SMEs to collect product information, specifications, and technical content from databases and tool builds.
• Manage technical writing projects by defining objectives, estimating schedules, and mitigating risks to meet quality and cost requirements.
• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts for publications using various design tools.
• Use Content Management Systems (CMS) for document reviews and electronic approval workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical writing role managing end-to-end documentation development for technical audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Visio, Excel, and Outlook).
• Expertise in Adobe Product Suite, specifically FrameMaker, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D modeling applications such as Blender, Solidworks, 3ds Max, Maya, UGNX, Poser, or DAZ Studio.
• Ability to create and edit graphics and figures using tools like Snagit, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or MS Paint.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, or English.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree.
• DITA XML experience.
