You will bridge business users, technical staff, and architects to define system requirements and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Document user stories and write detailed business IT system requirements.
• Analyze and define future needs through use-case development and analysis of alternatives.
• Model and map business processes to support design and re-engineering efforts.
• Coordinate project teams and cross-departmental stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Prepare status reports and deliver management briefings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of professional business or technical writing experience.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, mapping, and methodology development.
• Strong background in business process design and re-engineering.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead and negotiate within project teams.
