Description

You will develop and manage content for federal government proposals within the Department of Defense sector.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise content that adheres to customer-established standards and conventions for all proposal volumes.
• Create and update Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Front End Analysis (FEA), and Training Project Plans.
• Produce trainee guides, training path systems, and presentation materials.
• Manage the full lifecycle of JDTA, FEA, Training Path Systems, and Trainee Guides.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in government proposal writing.
• 2 years of experience using the Shipley Proposal Method.
• Experience with Federal Government contracting, specifically in the Military (DoD) field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 Certification.
• MBA.
