Description

You will build and manage an internal knowledge base for the Global Business Organization to improve productivity for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts, policy owners, and process owners to design, write, and maintain knowledge articles.
• Translate technical and process content from various sources into formats that meet specific end-user needs.
• Develop content project plans, including milestones and review cycles for knowledge generation.
• Manage feedback loops with stakeholders and users to drive ongoing enhancements to platforms and processes.
• Create knowledge management assets such as templates, style guides, and how-to tutorials.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS technology writing or training.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability in Technical Writing and developing content.
• Experience working with SMEs to extract and document core knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex business, product, and technical concepts into clear terms.
• BA/BS Degree in Communication, Technical Writing, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
