Description

You will create and maintain technical documentation across multiple platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain internal wiki pages and process documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into playbooks, process guides, and design materials.
• Partner with security, data privacy, engineering, product, and support teams to develop accurate content.
• Manage documentation projects from inception through final publication.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate project status, risks, and resolution plans.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience creating and maintaining documentation.
• Hands-on experience with wiki systems, web design, and customization using HTML, CSS, Markdown, and Mediawiki.
• Proficiency with image creation software such as Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of data privacy, IT concepts, and security principles (e.g., GDPR, FTC).
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail in all written deliverables.
