Description

You will own the technical documentation lifecycle for public cloud products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all outputs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Update existing documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and platform changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to verify technical accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain consistency in detail, style, and presentation across the writing team.
• Produce high-quality technical content that communicates complex information clearly and without jargon.
• Manage documentation repositories using Git and GitHub.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience writing technical content.
• Expertise in documenting public cloud products, Oracle, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Oxygen XML Author or similar tools for DITA documentation.
• Strong command of English writing, editing, and style.
• Experience managing version control for documentation via Git/GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with CLI and Linux-like operating systems.
• BA degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
