Write and maintain CTO policies and standards within a regulatory framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and update CTO policies and standards to meet regulatory requirements.
• Interface with functional, technical, and executive management teams to gather requirements.
• Format policy and standard documentation using prescribed Microsoft Word templates.
• Ensure all documentation maintains high grammatical standards and clarity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience writing formal policies and standards.
• Experience producing regulatory documentation.
• Working knowledge of COBIT or FFIEC guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document formatting and structure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and executive leadership.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and functions.
• Experience with ITIL guidelines.
