Description

You will own the documentation strategy and content delivery for an organizational transformation initiative, ensuring technical accuracy and user accessibility across all artifacts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain process flow diagrams and detailed standard operating procedures.
• Edit technical source materials to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation artifacts.
• Author communications for change management plans to effectively convey organizational changes to stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language while maintaining strict accuracy and completeness.
• Build training packages for new standard rollouts and create dashboards to track program-level metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience documenting processes and creating flow diagrams.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a technical writer.
• Senior-level expertise in selecting appropriate presentation formats and styles based on information type.
• Proficiency with diagramming tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to edit Markdown within Azure Wiki or Atlassian Confluence environments.
• Strong research skills with a focus on maintaining terminology consistency across large documents.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and strict adherence to style guides.
• Hands-on experience with wiki development, content organization, and management.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience applying ITSM and SDLC concepts, including ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with web design and content management systems.
