Description

You will own the documentation strategy for an organizational transformation initiative, translating complex processes into clear, actionable artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain process flow diagrams and detailed standard operating procedures.
• Translate technical source materials into user-friendly documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Author change management communications that meet organizational standards and accessibility requirements.
• Build training packages to support the rollout of new standards and operating procedures.
• Create dashboards to track metrics and provide program-level status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience documenting processes using flow diagramming tools.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a technical writer.
• Proficiency with Visio or Draw IO for process mapping.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to edit Markdown on Azure Wiki or Atlassian Confluence.
• Experience with WIKI development, organization, and content management.
• Strong research skills with a focus on terminology consistency.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in technical writing.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ITSM and SDLC management, including ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with web design and content management.
