Description

You will document internal applications and processes to support end-users, administrators, and implementation engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create release notes, online help files, quick reference guides, and knowledge base content.
• Analyze existing content to identify opportunities for reuse and single-sourcing.
• Perform analysis and testing of complex internal applications to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Research technical details and collaborate with product teams to understand requirements.
• Develop, proofread, edit, and format concise copy and user interface text.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience documenting enterprise software for end-users, installers, or administrators.
• Ability to translate complex technical products into understandable text, images, and screenshots.
• Experience using and managing document management systems.
• Proficiency in HTML and basic web development.
• Proven ability to execute project deliverables on time and within budget.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MadCap Flare, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• API documentation experience for .NET.
• Technical writing certification or process improvement knowledge.
