Responsibilities

• Produce technical documentation that meets established quality standards.
• Maintain existing documentation sets to ensure ongoing accuracy.
• Create diagrams to illustrate complex processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and supervisors to align documentation with project needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional technical writing experience.
• Experience writing API references.
• Ability to document ETL processes.
• Proficiency in creating technical diagrams.
• Experience managing documentation workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
