Description

You will produce and maintain technical documentation for banking domain systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop user manuals, system guides, process documentation, and policy documents for administrators, developers, and end-users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define product and document requirements.
• Review, edit, and rework documentation based on client or internal feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor junior writers on writing practices and organizational standards.
• Manage the documentation repository and maintain version control for all updates.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Experience writing for the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Excellent command of English grammar, style, and writing standards.
• Ability to understand software products and their application to business processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet set deadlines independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of commercial online banking applications such as UOB, Q2, or BT.
