You will document technical processes and deliver training programs for IT project management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create procedure documentation including job aids, templates, forms, and flow diagrams.
• Develop and deliver real-time training programs to target audiences.
• Produce recorded training content for on-demand use.
• Design presentation decks and technical diagrams to support project communication.

Required Skills

• 10 years of overall IT experience with an emphasis on technology project management.
• PMP Certification through PMI.
• 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation, templates, and flow diagrams.
• 2+ years of experience creating and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for diagram design.
• Ability to manage real-time training delivery and recording processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VITA's Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process.
