Document technical requirements and business processes for IT systems, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories and business IT system requirements based on analysis of alternatives.
• Model and map business processes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate with business users, technical staff, and architects to define future operational needs.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and deliver management briefings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• 3+ years of business or technical writing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis.
• Strong project management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Ability to coordinate project teams to meet overall objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis software (Python, R).
• Experience with project management software (MS Projects, JIRA Software, Trello).
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
