You will bridge business functions and technical implementation to improve organizational processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business functions and processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Create functional specifications and detailed technical documentation.
• Work with developers to ensure technical designs align with business requirements.
• Coordinate testing efforts and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Proven experience in system implementation.
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Experience creating functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience managing user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordination of testing efforts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs for developers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
