Description

You will serve as a technical expert focusing on Snowflake infrastructure, performance tuning, and data governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage compute and storage requirements, including warehouse management and monitoring.
• Implement data governance using secure views, dynamic data masking, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Execute data replication for cross-region sharing and failover scenarios.
• Administer multiple accounts across the organization and manage secure data sharing via private link.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data infrastructure or engineering.
• Expertise in Snowflake core features including SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Tasks, and Streams.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Time Travel and Zero Copy Cloning for recovery and agile development.
• Deep understanding of the Snowflake Optimizer and stored procedures.
• Experience implementing column-level security and RBAC.
• Knowledge of data sharing both internally and externally.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
