Technical/Solution Architect

You will own end-to-end solution design and provide technical direction to deployment teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design overall technical solutions and lead design workshops to meet customer business requirements.
• Guide project teams through requirements specification, design, development, and deployment phases.
• Facilitate business process design and resolve complex design challenges to ensure expected results.
• Develop technical documentation, product demos, and maturity roadmaps for clients.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or system implementation.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, application integration, and process re-engineering.
• Proven experience negotiating and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong analysis and process decomposition skills for complex problem solving.
• Knowledge of cloud computing solutions, architecture, and security protocols.
• Technical proficiency with ERP systems and SQL database tools.
• Experience with database programming using PLSQL and T-SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Solumina Application and expertise in JEE development using EJB, JAVA, JMS, and Hibernate.
• Experience with three-tier architecture and enterprise servers such as Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, Tibco, Weblogic, or Netweaver/PI.
• Ability to perform domain modeling of business objects as Java objects and XML Schema.
