Description

You will manage physical lab environments and provide technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware failures, software configurations, and network issues using JIRA for tracking and root cause documentation.
• Manage physical lab setups, including organizing, auditing, cataloguing, and tracking equipment inventory to maintain bench productivity.
• Maintain test lab equipment health through periodic checks and timely issue resolution.
• Execute procurement tasks including issuing RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, and RMAs, while tracking orders and deliveries.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation to maintain test bench standards and provide technical training to software testing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals with proficiency in troubleshooting tools like nslookup, ping, and traceroute.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining telecommunications equipment or network environments.
• Equivalent knowledge to CompTIA A, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA.
• Intermediate proficiency with Windows and Unix systems.
• Experience using JIRA for ticket management and MS Office Suite (Excel).
• Understanding of Agile or SAFe software development methodologies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex hardware troubleshooting in a lab setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
