Description

You manage rack room environments and support engineering teams through hardware setup, data collection, and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage rack rooms containing multiple setups and equipment racks.
• Configure and deploy Mac mini systems and other hardware setups.
• Maintain system deployments and perform routine maintenance.
• Support engineers by setting up test benches and conducting data collection.
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot hardware systems to the component level.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware handling and PC/Mac system building.
• Proficiency with Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Protocol Analyzers, DMM, Spectrum Analyzers, and VNAs.
• Ability to read basic schematics and layouts to coordinate with rework technicians.
• Strong debugging skills for hardware and system setups.
• Basic knowledge of Networking, Remote Desktop, and Server administration.
• Experience with shell scripts, Perl, Tcl, or Python.
• Proficiency in MacOS and Windows OS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting cross-functional engineering efforts.
