Description

You will oversee fiber optic plant construction, coordinate vendor teams, and ensure project delivery meets schedule and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction vendors and drive teams to deliver short-term and long-term results.
• Monitor fiber optic plant construction activities to ensure compliance with customer guidelines and manufacturer procedures.
• Conduct pre-construction site surveys to verify cable routing, identify obstacles, and take field measurements.
• Perform quality inspections on ongoing and completed work using established checklists and maintain detailed reports.
• Review permits, Right-Of-Way (ROW) requirements, and technical drawings to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with underground and aerial utilities.
• 3+ years of experience with Fiber and Outside Plant (OSP) knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of aerial, buried, and underground fiber optic installation methodologies.
• Ability to read and understand FTTX CAD and IQGeo designs.
• Working understanding of fiber optic network architectures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills

• Class A CDL.
