Description

Maintain specialized hardware and ensure continuous production capacity for card printing and mailing systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all production equipment, including card printers and mailing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on printer models MXX610344, MXX610346 and mailer models MXX610337, DX310102.
• Monitor device health and provide status updates to management through daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure all production hardware operates at full capacity.

Required Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience with Windows 10 OS.
• 1–3+ years of experience with PC and laptop hardware.
• 1–3+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Mandatory training or prior service experience in one of the following: TE1163, MXi610/810, MX6100, TE1087, TE1145, TE1277, or TE1547.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support.
• Experience with SQL and ticketing systems.
