You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation for capital markets systems, owning the translation of needs into specifications and solution design.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Manage project timelines and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Techno Business Analyst role, with at least 3 years in a functional/technical capacity.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and regulatory frameworks including Basel IV, FRTB, and CRR.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle Exadata databases.
• Ability to understand and analyze Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy.
• Knowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine learning techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
