Description

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation by defining requirements, leading functional design, and ensuring accurate delivery in capital markets risk domains.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain business functional and technical requirements, securing stakeholder sign-off.
• Create functional solutions and conduct Functional Specification Document (FSD) walkthroughs to obtain approvals.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirement understanding and oversee end-to-end functional delivery.
• Define testing requirements with the QA team and manage project risks and issues within governance structures.
• Validate data completeness with sourcing teams from acquisition through report delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or techno-functional roles.
• Proficiency in Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Experience with ETL/Informatica or Java.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, specifically Credit Risk or Market Risk.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations such as Basel, CRR, or CRD IV.
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) identifying product development opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
