Description

Define functional and technical requirements, design solutions, and oversee end-to-end delivery for Capital Markets projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain business functional and technical requirements, securing stakeholder sign-off.
• Create functional solutions, lead FSD walkthroughs, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate requirement understanding and oversee functional delivery.
• Define testing requirements with QA, validate data completeness, and manage UAT sign-offs.
• Manage project governance, escalate risks, and contribute to the project-level roadmap.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or techno-functional roles.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle/PL SQL.
• Experience with ETL/Informatica or Java.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, specifically Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations including Basel, CRR, and CRD IV.
• Experience leading UAT and ensuring comprehensive testing coverage.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• At least 3+ years of experience in similar techno-functional roles.
• Experience contributing to design and development of project roadmaps.
