Description

Define functional and technical requirements, design solutions, and oversee end-to-end delivery for capital markets projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain business functional and technical requirements, obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
• Create functional solutions, conduct FSD walkthroughs, and secure approvals.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure correct requirement understanding and oversee functional delivery.
• Define testing requirements with the QA team and validate data completeness from acquisition to report delivery.
• Establish governance structures, manage risks, and contribute to the project-level roadmap.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or techno-functional roles.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Experience with ETL tools, specifically Informatica.
• Technical proficiency in Java.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, focusing on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations including Basel, CRR, and CRD IV.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in stakeholder management and UAT collaboration.
