Bridge the gap between client requirements and technical implementation through analysis, design, and testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design workshops directly with clients.
• Write detailed test scripts based on SRS and SDS documentation.
• Execute testing, edge case testing, and debugging processes.
• Read JSP and Java code to identify root causes during debugging.
• Collaborate with developers to coordinate and support defect fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a functional or analytical role.
• Proven experience in client-facing environments.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Java and SQL.
• Strong experience writing test scripts and performing end-to-end testing.
• Ability to perform technical debugging by reading Java and JSP code.
• Experience with Business Process Analysis tools.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Java backend frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Frontend development experience using React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX workflows.
