Description

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation for retail systems, owning requirement analysis, process mapping, and data modeling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analysis workshops with business, store operations, merchandising, supply chain, and IT teams.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps specific to retail environments.
• Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on retail business needs.
• Design relational data models, data flow diagrams, and ETL logic to support analytics.
• Analyze and improve retail processes, recommending automation and system feature additions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a techno-functional business analyst, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail processes: sales, inventory, merchandising, logistics, and e-commerce.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with POS, ERP, WMS, CRM, and e-commerce systems.
• Working knowledge of ETL and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience collaborating with BI teams on data warehousing and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.
