You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution through data analysis and application support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to provide actionable insights to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incoming requests and incidents following departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure efficient task closure.
• Document technical processes and business requirements clearly and concisely.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of application functionality and supported business processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Experience in application support and system analysis.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise judgment using established practices.
• Effective interpersonal skills for communicating with customers and internal IT teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
